Why does shipping take so long?
We’re a new brand and currently ship through trusted fulfillment partners to keep prices fair. As we grow, we’re actively working to improve our shipping times while continuing to deliver quality products safely to you and your pet.
Do we ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship to Canada and the United States. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Yes. All CozyPet Rides products are carefully selected with pet comfort and safety in mind. Many items include safety features such as secure clips, durable materials, and pet-friendly designs.
What size pets are your products suitable for?

Can the booster seat be used for pets other than dogs?
Yes, our booster seats are suitable for small to medium-sized dogs and cats, as well as all pets, provided they fall within the recommended size range.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.
